Electrical Repairs and Maintenance

We can diagnose and repair any electrical faults within your property from changing a faulty light switch or socket to replacing damaged wiring. We also carry out any remedial works which may of been highlighted during an electrical installation condition report.

Full & Partial Rewires

If you require a rewire or partial rewire please contact us for a no obligation quotation. We use chasing machines with arguably the industry’s best dust extraction systems to ensure mess is kept to a minimum. We can also offer lighting rewires without the need of having to chase out any walls by using quinetic switching. For this type of work building control require a notification of the work, this is provided along with an electrical certificate on completion.

Sockets and Switches

We undertake the simple domestic electrical jobs as well as the more complex. We change light switches, electrical sockets and light fittings. Even though these jobs sound simple it’s important to use a registered electrician to carry these works out. The under-tightening or over-tightening of an electrical connection can cause thermal damage and ultimately lead to a fire!

Fuse board / Consumer Unit Changes

We carry out fuse board changes with a couple of different options to suit an individual’s budget, All fuse board changes are certified and a certificate is issued on completion along with building control notification. All new fuse boards which are fitted have the option of surge protection to minimise damage of equipment from surges and lightning strikes.

With our NAPIT registration recognising our competence in the testing of electrical installations (not every NAPIT or NICIEC registered electrician has this!!!) we can carry out full EICR reports on your property to highlight any deviations from the current 18th edition wiring regulations.

Bathrooms and Showers

We can install spot lights, mirror lights, extract fans, feature/mood lighting and much more to your bathroom or en-suite. Locations containing a bath or shower are classed as a special location under the latest wiring regulations (BS 7671 2018 18th edition) meaning more protection against electric shock is required in these areas. We ensure your safety is not compromised with full certification and notification provided on completion of works.
